Rather than finding a single optimal strategy through analysis, entrepreneurs face "strategic indeterminacy" where multiple paths offer similar expected value. The key strategic act becomes the choice itself - committing to one path while foregoing others. This reconceptualizes entrepreneurial strategy from optimization to selection under constraints.
